*Please note: Should we not have your desired product to demo at your selected showroom, it can take up to 48 hours to transfer products between showrooms.

Both our Carlisle and Newcastle showrooms are open Monday to Saturday from 9am until 5pm.

Our appointments vary from customer to customer to ensure we can meet your individual needs. Depending on which products you would like to demo, we’ll try to cater for as long as you require.
We strive to keep a comprehensive range of our products in stock and available for immediate purchase. However, for some of our high-end items, a special order may be necessary. If this is the case, we will inform you during your demonstration and provide details on any expected wait times.
We have a dedicated and skilled team of installers available to ensure your new purchases are installed to the highest standards, nationwide if needed. Delivery and installation options can be discussed with a sales representative during your demonstration.
