Space Tune™ for Optimal Adjustment of Sound Quality
Space Tune™ enhances your audio experience by optimizing sound space to match your specific listening environment. It offers four convenient presets — Free, Wall, Corner and in a shelf — so you can easily adjust the settings to fit your room layout and installation location. For even more precise control, you can select “L/R Custom” in the Technics Audio Centre app, which allows you to fine-tune the sound based on your exact listening position, ensuring the best possible audio quality wherever you are in the room.
Load Adaptive Phase Calibration (LAPC)
Speaker impedance changes with different frequencies, which can make it challenging for traditional amplifiers to deliver consistent sound quality. This issue is even more pronounced in digital amplifiers due to the use of low-pass filters, which can further impact performance. To solve this, Technics created a speaker impedance adaptive optimization algorithm. Just you run the "LAPC Measurement Process" with your remote control, then the technology will measure the frequency and phase characteristics of the amplifier connected to your speakers and it will digitally correct them in real-time. The result is a smoother, more balanced sound with enhanced spatial depth and clarity, giving you a richer listening experience.

The high-resolution 2-cm dome tweeter features a lightweight silk diaphragm, providing beautifully lingering sounds that enhance your listening experience. Additionally, the acoustic lens is optimized for the new tweeter shape, creating a more expansive and immersive sound.

Using this information, the system automatically tunes the DSP (Digital Signal Processing) parameters to optimize acoustic performance, ensuring that you get the best possible sound quality tailored to your room.

It’s also compatible with Spotify Connect, Amazon Music, Deezer, and Internet radio. Plus, you can enjoy seamless connectivity with AirPlay 2, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, network playback, USB memory playback, and analogue/optical input—all in one unit. You can even set up to 9 presets.
